SBLS Attorney Rachel Hannaford Supports Flatbush Gardens Tenants Facing Landlord HarassmentSBLS Housing attorney Rachel Hannaford was attributed in a Daily News story about tenants who claim their requests for repairs are being ignored by their landlord.
