Rachel Hannaford

Staff Attorney  (Housing)

Rachel Hannaford is a staff attorney in the Housing Unit. She came to SBLS in January 2008 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before her clerkship, Rachel worked in the Staff Attorneys’ Office at the Second Circuit. She graduated in 2004 from Penn Law School, where she was a Public Interest Scholar, and she earned a B.A. magna cum laude from Duke University in 1999.
